- Job details:

Calculate salaries, record attendance, and track benefits for all employees on a monthly basis.
Managing employee benefits: sick leave, maternity leave, holiday bonuses, and regular salary increases.
Perform tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax.
Answering questions regarding policies, benefits, and compensation for employees.
Manage personnel records and social insurance books, ensuring fast, accurate, and secure data updates.
Prepare periodic labor and payroll reports as required.

- Job requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), 3 years in the human resources field (ranging from a small to a large HR department, with multiple branches).
Age:
Graduated from university with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Administration, etc.
Thorough understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax Law.
Skills: Good communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, careful data handling.
Proficient in Excel and other office software.
Professional, proactive, honest, and a good listener.
