Minh Quan Company is looking for a full-time Content Video & Sales team member, focusing on developing multi-channel content (primarily Shopee and TikTok) for the retail sector. No theoretical knowledge required, just practical experience! Location: Quang Ngai
- Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 VND/month (negotiable, bonus scheme based on order performance/channel metrics)
YOUR ACTUAL JOB:
1. Video Content Segment (Developing TikTok and Shopee Video channels):
- Plan weekly/monthly content for retail products.
- Develop ideas and write video scripts for filming and editing.
- Filming actual product videos directly with a phone.
- Smooth video editing using CapCut, basic image design using Canva.
- Monitor and analyze metrics (views, conversion rates) to evaluate effectiveness and optimize content.
2. Sales & Operations (Order Closing & Customer Service):
- Combine multi-channel live chat (preferably Shopee), provide advice, and close sales based on traffic from videos/posts.
- Make phone calls to confirm orders and handle any issues that arise with customers.
- Hand over orders and reconcile clearly with the Warehouse department.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Experience in creating multi-channel content (having built a personal channel or done TikTok affiliate marketing is a huge plus).
- Proficient in using a phone to shoot videos and tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Having a conversion mindset (knowing how to make videos that generate sales, not just views).
- Excellent communication skills and a keen ability to advise customers and close sales.
- Proactive attitude and responsibility towards work and chat shifts.
