I. Job description
We are looking for a competent and experienced General Project Manager to lead and oversee the entire project implementation process from planning, staffing to budget management, progress and quality of output. This role plays a key role in ensuring the project is implemented effectively, on time and delivers the highest value to the organization.
1. Overall project management
- Detailed planning for the project including: scope, time, cost, resources.
- Set clear goals, quality standards and criteria for evaluating project results.
2. Coordinate human resources and resources
- Select and assign appropriate personnel for each implementation phase.
- Ensure close and effective coordination between relevant departments and divisions.
3. Budget management
- Build and monitor project budgets in detail and closely.
- Control financial risks and handle arising issues effectively and promptly.
4. Track progress and quality
- Monitor the progress of work items, ensure compliance with plan.
- Control the output quality of products/transactions according to commitments and standards.
5. Reporting and communication
- Update project status to Board of Directors or customers periodically and promptly.
- Propose solutions to improve and handle problems arising during implementation.
6. Risk Management
- Anticipate potential risks that may affect project progress or outcomes.
- Proactively propose solutions to ensure project stability and success.
II. Job requirements:
- Priority is given to graduates of regular universities majoring in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Economics.
- Ability to attract, organize, manage, train and develop employees
- Have skills in handling situations, solving problems and communicating effectively
- Understanding of marketing and sales activities in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Deep understanding of project management, priority given to candidates with practical experience.
