    Job Description

    • Issue VAT invoices; check the validity and legality of invoices and accounting documents.
    • Record output and input invoices in accordance with accounting standards and current regulations.
    • Monitor, manage, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable on a regular basis.
    • Enter bank statement data; track cash receipts and disbursements, and bank deposits.
    • Perform payroll calculations and provide support for tasks related to employee salary payments.
    • Complete, organize, and store accounting documents and records in a systematic manner.
    • Working on accounting software as per company regulations.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/Manager.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with one or more years of experience in an accounting position.
    • Master basic accounting principles and have a thorough understanding of regulations regarding invoices and supporting documents.
    • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) is required; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
    • Careful, honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
