Job Description

- Job details:

  1. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND SALARY ACCOUNTING
  • Monitor, manage, and account for accounts receivable from customers.
  • Prepare invoices and payment documents in accordance with regulations and the signed contract.
  • Regularly check and reconcile accounts receivable with customers, or when requested.
  • Monitor payment progress, remind and urge customers to fulfill their payment obligations on time.
  • Update, compile, and report the status of accounts receivable on a weekly and monthly basis to management.
  • Verify the accuracy of payment records, acceptance reports, contracts, and related documents.
  • Track advances, guarantees, warranties, and accounts payable.
  • Participate in preparing financial statements and management reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Management Board.

  • Receive, check, and compile employee attendance, overtime, leave, and resignation data.
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, commissions, and other income according to company regulations.
  • Calculate deductions such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and other amounts as prescribed by law.
  • Prepare monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
  • Perform accounting for transactions related to salaries and salary-related deductions.
  • Monitor and reconcile payroll data with relevant departments.
  • Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees.
  • Assistance with filing and settling personal income tax returns according to regulations.
  • Prepare reports on payroll costs, payroll budget, and other management reports as required.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll records, and accounting documents in accordance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department and other relevant departments to resolve any issues arising related to payroll.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Management Board.

- Job requirements:

  • Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience is required; candidates with prior experience are preferred.
  • Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
  • Possesses good communication skills, is careful, honest, and responsible in their work.
