Job Description: Work items to be performed
- Design, quantity take-off, and construction drawings of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection,) for civil and industrial projects.
- Supervise, inspect and ensure the quality of MEP system construction at the construction site according to standards, drawings and schedule.
- Coordinate with related departments such as architecture, structure, interior to ensure system consistency and efficiency.
- Support the acceptance, operation and handover of MEP systems after completion.
- Review design documents, propose optimal technical and cost solutions.
- Work with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Report progress and related issues to superiors periodically.
Candidate requirements: Degree - Experience - Skills, professional knowledge
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Refrigeration or related fields.
- Grade 2 Mechanical and Electrical Certificate (Mechanical and electrical design of civil and industrial works)
