- Job details:
1. Marketing Strategy Planning & Management Develop a comprehensive marketing plan on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis – directly linked to the company's revenue targets. Optimize budget allocation across channels: Paid Ads, Organic, Email, Community. Set clear KPIs for each campaign and each team member. Collaborate with the Board of Directors on product positioning and product launch strategy. 2. Performance Marketing Management Directly monitor and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of ads from vendors/agencies: read reports, identify problems, and proactively request adjustments. Analyze the sales funnel, optimize CPA and ROAS at each campaign stage. Propose and implement Marketing Automation to increase conversion rates. 3. Content & Brand Management Develop and approve a recurring Content Calendar for all communication channels. Coordinate the Content & Design team to produce advertising materials (Creative assets) that align with the brand's positioning. |
- Job requirements:
Proficient in Facebook Ads: able to set up, optimize, and scale campaigns according to revenue/lead targets; Understanding and experience in deploying Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and data tracking tools; Ability to read, analyze, and optimize advertising metrics such as CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS; Understanding customer behavior and the mindset for building conversion sales funnels; Capable of evaluating content quality, creativity, and effective briefs for the Content/Design team; Strong growth mindset, decisive in achieving goals, proactive; skills in information gathering, data analysis and synthesis; Analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills; Creativity, innovation, and continuous learning are essential.
