Job Description

- Job details:

Control and safeguard materials, manage warehouses.
Perform the tasks of receiving and distributing materials at the construction site.
Update inventory information whenever new incoming or outgoing shipments occur.
Maintain inventory records and update the information on the computer.
The actual inventory report is used for comparison with the materials statistics.
Implement measures to properly store materials and equipment in the construction site warehouse.
Organize and store records and documents related to project materials.
Monitor and cross-check materials with purchasing department staff.
Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

- Job requirements:

Planning skills.
Computer skills in using technical software.
Understand the inventory receiving and dispatching process.
Able to handle problems that arise during the work process.
