Job Description

Live hotline, receive feedback from residents and respond to customer care who are residents or tenants, other objects.
Ensure the facilities (Air-conditioner - Regularly check and adjust the temperature accordingly) of the Residential Lobby.
Ensure the general view of the Residential Lobby is always clean and beautiful. Urging the housekeeping department to keep the lobby clean.
Live at the Residential Lobby
Collect service fees for apartments, electricity and water and register for car cards for residents, apartment guests and commercial rental lots…
Receive requests from residents, tenants, customers entering and exiting the building, answering questions from residents and customers or transferring requested information to relevant departments.
Instruct residents, tenants, and customers to complete the necessary procedures for the management of check-in - out of the building, electricity and water records or registration procedures for apartment construction...
Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
