- Job details:
- Calculate the construction volume for each work item to facilitate project settlement and payment.
- Review payment records and settlement documents for each stage of construction by contractors and suppliers of materials and equipment.
- Develop a plan for preparing quality and quantity documentation for construction items.
- Monitor the progress of quality and quantity documentation for contract packages.
- Responsible for compiling and preparing as-built drawings according to payment schedules for each phase and final settlement.
- Responsible for compiling construction method drawings and overall site plans prepared by the engineering department.
- Review records and payment volumes for labor costs of construction teams for each item.
- Responsible for compiling and preparing work acceptance reports, phase acceptance reports, and handover reports for putting project items into use.
- Review and consult with the Project Management Board on contract terms and construction work included in the contract estimate with the Client.
- Analyze construction unit costs with the client, construction unit costs with the contractor, and advise the project management board on tasks, unit prices, and construction norms.
- Inspect and prepare drawings of any additional construction methods and cost estimates for any unforeseen work (if any).
- Other tasks are performed as assigned by the QS Team Leader and the Site Management Board.
- Job requirements:
Qualifications: College degree or higher
- Specializations: Engineers: Specializations in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics Engineers, Construction Architects, and related fields.
- Experience: The company is looking for enthusiastic and determined engineers who want to pursue a career in engineering, ranging from fresh graduates (we are willing to provide training) to skilled engineers with many years of experience.
