Job description
• Receive daily orders, check the accuracy of orders: type, code, product name, quantity, debt, delivery date...
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to control the factory's production process.
• Make production plan, coordinate with Production Manager to control and plan production and report to customers
• Coordinating with Planning and VP specialists to answer information, responsiveness, and delivery progress to the Sales Department.
• Deploy production plans for factories, after finalizing prices and progress with customers.
• Make reports, analyze and evaluate the results of production and business activities, consumables in the production process, in order to coordinate with the materials department to place additional orders in a timely manner.
• Other reports and tasks as assigned by superiors
Working place: Production office of TOP International Joint Stock Company - Le Chi, Gia Lam, Hanoi
Job requirements
• Graduated from College - University or higher, with priority given to majors: Management, Economics, Production, Administration, Economics - Accounting.
• English communication.
• Calculate, analyze and process data quickly and accurately
• Office informatics (Words, Excel), ERP
• Honesty, agile
• Spirit, responsibility, good communication,
• Skills in planning, time management, teamwork.
