JOB DETAILS: We are seeking experienced candidates for the General Accountant position to assist with data entry, VAT invoice issuance, and other accounting tasks as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Enter sales documents and invoices into the system.
- Issue VAT invoices to customers.
- Assisting with inventory management and sales as required.
- Monitor, check, and archive accounting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle arising issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position are preferred, especially those with experience in the construction materials industry.
- Proficient in Word and Excel, and knowledgeable in using accounting software.
- Careful, honest, hardworking, and responsible in their work.
- Ages 22-40.
