Job Description

Job Description:

Planning and monitoring construction progress.
Check the quality of materials, equipment and construction work.
Manage project costs, budgets and resources.
Resolve problems arising during construction.
Report project progress and status to superiors.
Ensure occupational safety and compliance with construction regulations.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as contractors, investors, architects, engineers...
Control construction quality according to design and technical standards.
Manage and supervise the team of workers, ensuring work efficiency.

Job requirements:

University graduate majoring in Construction or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision.
Understanding of construction processes, standards and regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P
Skills to read and understand technical drawings.
Effective time, cost and resource management skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work under high pressure.
Honest, careful, responsible in work.
