JOB DETAILS: This position requires the ability to manage and lead a sales team, develop business plans, allocate targets, provide sales training, and acquire new customers while maintaining existing ones.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and lead a sales team (3 or more people).
- Develop a business plan on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Allocation and Team Performance Tracking
- Training in sales skills and customer service.
- Develop new customers and retain existing customers.
- Report sales and business performance to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement sales campaigns.
- Age range: 30-45 years old
REQUEST:- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, 1 year in a team management position.
- Possesses skills in training, motivating, and monitoring KPIs.
- Good planning and data analysis skills.
- Able to withstand sales pressure
- Honest, careful, proactive, and highly responsible.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Education sector.
