Job Description

Customer care on fanpage, zalo: Texting, calling
Building article content:

- Post at least 3 articles/week on Zalo, personal Facebook, fanpage on topics that farmers are interested in, are having problems with, including negative feedback but I found the cause and fixed it for farmers, good feedback from farmers

- If there is a shortage, the salary will be calculated by: number of published articles/month divided by 12 articles multiplied by fixed basic salary (excluding sales).

Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Enter order information: Enter into the company's general management system and the shipping party's system.

Track order status when sending, resolve related issues during delivery when customers or shippers respond.
