- Salary: Fixed salary of 7 million, lunch included (standard 40k/working day, if not eaten will be converted to cash), KPI bonus, bonus according to clinic regulations (discussed privately during interview, unlimited income)
- Other regimes: 1-month probationary period with 85% salary, social insurance included. 4 days off per month (working on Sunday with coefficient). Holiday bonus.
- Working hours: 8am-7pm (lunch break from 12pm-1:30pm)
