    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Receive raw materials (input plastic) according to the correct type and quantity according to the production plan.
    • Operate, adjust and monitor plastic granule production machinery (extruder, cutter, press, granulator,...).
    • Set the technical parameters on the machine (temperature, pressure, speed,...) suitable for each type of product.
    • Monitor the production process, ensure the machine runs stably and the output products meet quality standards.
    • Check, detect and handle simple technical problems of the machine.
    • Clean and maintain machinery periodically according to procedures or as required by superiors.
    • Record machine operation log, report output and daily machine status.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production progress and quality.
    • Strictly comply with regulations on labor safety, fire prevention and fighting and environmental sanitation.
