メールの送受信を管理し、メールの送受信情報を登録・保存します。
社用車・グラブカー・タクシー、外注車のドライバー管理・需要調整。
オフィス管理サービスのサプライヤーを購入、見積もり、評価するプロセスを実装します。
電気、ミネラルウォーター、オフィスの清掃、従業員のバイクの駐車場、オフィス管理部門での軽微な修理/交換を監視します。
必要に応じて、上司の指示に従って、通知および公式文書を起草します。
事務所管理費の支払いに関するフォローアップと提案。
ビザ、労働許可証、一時滞在など外国人労働者のための手続きや書類に参加。
