    Job Description

    • Manage company seal, register and store information about documents/documents that need stamping.
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, register and store incoming/outgoing mail information.
    • Managing drivers and coordinating demand for company cars/grab car/taxi, and outsourced cars.
    • Implement the process of purchasing, quoting, and evaluating suppliers of office administrative services.
    • Monitor electricity, mineral water, office cleaning, employee motorbike parking, minor repairs/replacements in the office administration segment.
    • Drafting notices and official documents as required and directed by superiors.
    • Follow up and make proposals for payment of office administrative expenses.
    • Participating in procedures and documents for foreign workers such as visas, work permits, temporary residence.
