JOB SUMMARY:
Identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem, and providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good level of English should be such that the candidate can communicate easily. Also writing skills needs to be at same level.
- Basic Computer knowledge. Understanding of terms like: Web, desktop, mobile (android/iOS).
- Experience in using Conference call applications like: Skype, Zoom, Teams is a plus
- 1-3 year(s) of other IT experience, knowledge and skill
- Required professional skills are: Tiếng Anh, am hiểu Help Desk, experienced with Giải Quyết Vấn Đề, có kinh nghiệm với Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, and kiến thức về Hỗ Trợ Ứng Dụng.
