Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's on-premises and cloud-based technology infrastructure.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of networks, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing technology infrastructure to support business operations and growth.
Cybersecurity Oversight:
Lead the cybersecurity program, including risk assessment, threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company data and assets from cyber threats.
Stay current on cybersecurity trends and best practices, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to the technology operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, mentor, and develop technical talent, building a high-performing team capable of meeting the organization's technology needs.
Ensure that team members have the necessary training and resources to effectively perform their roles.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Project Management:

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
