JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop a Conversational AI and Speech Analytics platform that integrates LLM technology, providing capabilities for both voicebots and chatbots.
• Choose the appropriate LLM based on the application's requirements, such as accuracy, latency, and resource constraints.
• Integrate the LLM into the application via APIs or SDKs. This includes designing the interface between the model and the rest of the system.
• Deploy the LLM in a production environment. This involves setting up the necessary infrastructure, such as cloud services or on-premises servers.
• Continuously monitor the LLM's performance in production to detect and address any issues. Use logging, alerts, and automated monitoring tools.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the LLM integration, including setup guides, API documentation, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to other team members and end-users on how to use and maintain the LLM-enhanced features.

SKILL

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI applications you have developed.
• Experience with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
