1 Job description:
- Receive recruitment needs from Project Customers, plan and implement appropriate recruitment activities. (Mass recruitment)
- Search, screen, select, and interview candidates (PO Block Labor Group).
- Manage candidate data, build and maintain potential candidate sources.
- Monitor and handle issues arising during the recruitment process.
- Support in building and implementing Employee Branding
- Report, evaluate recruitment effectiveness and propose improvement solutions.
2 General requirements:
- Graduated from College or University with related majors such as Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business
- Have 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field (experience in Mass recruitment is an advantage).
- Dynamic, active.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel)
- Good presentation skills (writing, speaking).
- Have a proactive spirit and responsibility in work
