MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare Asian and Chinese dishes according to the restaurant/golf course menu.
- Ensure that the dishes are prepared according to recipe, quality, quantity, and served within the specified time.
- Inspect raw materials and store food according to regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and improve the menu.
- Maintain and manage the kitchen area to ensure cleanliness and food safety.
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen assistants during the food preparation and cooking process.
- Control material waste and use kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUEST:- Experienced in the role of Head Chef specializing in Asian/Chinese cuisine for 6 months to 2 years.
- The ability to stand at the wok and prepare Chinese dishes is an advantage.
- Understanding kitchen operations and food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Quick-witted and able to handle work pressure.
- Possesses a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
- Shift work, weekends, and holidays are possible.
