Recruiting employees, providing initial training on Company Rules and Regulations for new employees.
- Check and monitor compliance with labor regulations of all employees.
- Develop job descriptions, draft decisions, documents, notices or follow the direction of the company's Board of Directors.
- Purchase work supplies (Labor protection, stationery, office supplies, Tet/employee gifts, capacity profiles...)
- Receive and answer all questions related to Salary and welfare policies;
- Handle other office work and administrative documents.
- Participate in drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the Company, checking the legality and legality of the Company's transactions.
- Update legal regulations, Research legal documents related to the organization and business activities of the Company.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors.
* Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm).
