- Job details:
Section 1: Human Resources and Recruitment (50%)
- Recruitment tasks: Posting job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and assisting with interviews; compiling and notifying recruitment results. (Current urgent need: Housekeeping, Technical/Operations positions)
- Prepare personnel files, employment contracts, and work completion reports for temporary/part-time staff.
- Communicate new company culture policies internally and arrange company gatherings (once every quarter).
Section 2: Administrative Work (15%)
- Drafting and archiving files, documents, official letters, and administrative contracts.
- Provide HR reports to relevant departments as requested.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure all necessary documents are in place.
Section 3: Revenue Statistics Support (35%)
- Enter complete revenue information and sales invoices into the MISA software using the provided data.
- Create and issue electronic invoices with correct information and at the correct time as required (volume: 6-8 invoices/day).
