Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
Have 5+ years of experience working in the field of Human Resources Administration in a Japanese company, including at least 2 years in a management position (priority given to candidates working in companies with 50 or more employees);
Have a solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax and basic understanding of accounting.
Proficient in Excel (functions, Pivot Table, Chart) and PowerPoint. Experience using human resource management software is an advantage.
Soft skills & qualities
Language: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or JBT 2 or higher required) AND good English communication at work (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.5).
Management: Ability to assign, guide and develop subordinates.
Communication: Communicate effectively at all levels, from management, employees to partners.
Able to take charge of work, dare to take responsibility and always ready to learn and face challenges.
Have a meticulous and careful personality, especially in work related to legal documents, contracts, and salaries.
Working time
Monday - Friday: 8:00-17:00
Salary:
Gross 29,000,000 VND + language allowance
