Have 5+ years of experience working in the field of Human Resources Administration in a Japanese company, including at least 2 years in a management position (priority given to candidates working in companies with 50 or more employees);
Have a solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax and basic understanding of accounting.
Proficient in Excel (functions, Pivot Table, Chart) and PowerPoint. Experience using human resource management software is an advantage.
Soft skills & qualities
Language: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or JBT 2 certificate or higher required) AND good English communication at work (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.5).
Management: Ability to assign, guide and develop subordinates.
