Job Description

Collect and compile invoices and documents, account for transactions related to VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, report invoices and reasonable expenses.
Prepare, declare and submit periodic tax reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
Work with tax authorities when issues arise: explanation, tax refund, tax settlement...
Manage and reconcile input and output invoices, and handle errors if any.
Monitor tax payment status, tax balance, prepare internal financial reports as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure valid, timely and correct records.
Prepare tax incentive and refund documents, and support registration/adjustment of new entities.
Check legal invoices, monitor usage, manage paper and electronic invoices.
Update tax legal information, ensure compliance with new regulations.
Comply with confidentiality principles and make other reports as required by superiors.
Arrange and store complete accounting records; prepare records for audit and tax inspection
Support working with tax authorities, banks, auditors
Prepare internal reports to send to foreign headquarters
Periodic inventory of goods and fixed assets as required by the company
Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
