Job Description

- Job details:

Designing technical documents that meet the requirements of the tender packages.
Technical analysis of the tender documents.
Prepare technical compliance documents.
Technical explanation, comparison of bidding documents
Organize the implementation of technical analysis for the bidding package for Engineering and Business.
The organization responsible for designing the technical documentation for VT actively participates in the bidding process.
Product documentation management includes: building, organizing updates, storing, and distributing product records for all VT products.

Develop a technical configuration to participate in the bidding process.
Update, store, and distribute Product records.

Product Research & Development
Product market research and analysis
Presenting information about new products, attending seminars and industry conferences.
Advising the Board of Directors on investment and business development of new products.
Internal and external communication
Organize product training
Create training materials for each product and update them in the Product Training Material Library.
Product training organization
Evaluating training results
Team management:
Assigning and coordinating tasks for the Product team.
Implement team KPIs
Monitor the quality and output of team members.
Advising department heads and the Board of Directors on matters related to product development.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/Department Head.
Assisting with general departmental tasks.
Participate in room management activities.
Provide support to the Purchasing team as requested by the department head.

- Job requirements:

Age range : 23-35, gender not important.
Qualifications : College degree or higher, graduate in biomedical electronics, electrical engineering, or electronics.
Experience : Must have at least 2 years of experience in a management position.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
Experience in product research in the medical device field.
Experience in preparing technical documents for bidding processes.
Skill :
- Basic office computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Systems thinking and risk management
- Able to read, understand, and synthesize technical documents in English.
