1. Job Description
- Inspect, detect, and analyze technical problems during machinery operation through observation, listening, and the use of measuring instruments.
- Promptly address incidents to ensure continuous and safe production operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and replacement of damaged or deteriorated mechanical parts and equipment.
- Install, relocate, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with technical standards and stable operation.
- Perform welding, cutting, machining, and assembly of mechanical parts according to drawings or technical specifications.
- Propose and implement improvement solutions to enhance equipment efficiency, save energy, and reduce operating costs.
- Comply with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations and coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents and optimize the system.
2. Requirements
- Graduated from vocational school/college or higher with a major in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant is preferred, especially in a mechanical/millwright maintenance position.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, and proficiently use mechanical tools and measuring equipment.
- Possesses basic welding and machining skills.
- Understanding of industrial machinery systems (transmissions, bearings, pumps, motors, etc.).
- Possesses a sense of responsibility, is proactive, works independently, and collaborates well in a team.
- Willing to work shifts and handle issues outside of regular hours when needed.
