Represent the company at exhibition booths and conduct initial business meetings
Introduce our company and core services/products in a positive and friendly manner
Gather key information about the companies visited and their business focus
Write a short meeting summary and share it with the internal team
Support communication between local staff and company representatives

Strong communication skills with a polite and professional attitude
Able to communicate in Vietnamese or English for business level conversation
Able to summarize meetings in writing (English preferred)
