JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for receiving and assisting customers with inquiries via phone, chat, email, or online channels. It also involves monitoring and resolving any issues arising related to orders/services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and assist customers with inquiries via phone, chat, email, or other online channels.
- Monitor and assist in resolving all issues arising related to orders/services.
- Monitor and provide customer service, maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to process and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Update customer information and processing status on the system.
- Filter and categorize VIP/SVIP customers and forward them to the Sales Specialist department.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
REQUEST:
- The voice is fluent and easy to understand, without any regional accent.
- Possesses strong communication skills, excellent customer understanding, and flexible problem-solving abilities.
- They possess a sense of responsibility, patience, and a good service attitude.
- Experience in customer service/telesales is preferred, but those with less experience will be trained.
- Able to withstand work pressure.
- Proficient in using office software.
