JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for receiving and processing orders from online channels, tracking order status, and coordinating the resolution of any issues that arise. Additionally, you will assist customers with promotions, deliveries, invoices, and after-sales feedback, as well as record customer complaints.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive and process orders from hotline, fanpage, Zalo OA, and other online channels.
- Create the order on the system, check that the items, quantities, address, and notes are correct, and then send the order to the restaurant.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with the restaurant/delivery service when issues arise.
- Responding to messages, comments, Google Reviews, Grab, ShopeeFood, and third-party channels. Third-party channels are food delivery platforms such as GrabFood, ShopeeFood, etc.
- Provide customer support regarding promotions, delivery, VAT invoices, and after-sales feedback.
- Record customer complaints and feedback, and report any issues that arise during the day.
REQUEST:- Good communication skills, pleasant voice, friendly attitude, and patience.
- Careful, agile, and able to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry are required.
- They have a willingness to learn, can handle pressure, and are receptive to feedback.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer service, call center, cashier, F&B, delivery, or delivery app services.
- Able to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays according to the assigned schedule.
- Candidates should possess skills such as: Microsoft Office, Customer Service, and Customer Relations.
