- Plan and implement monthly and quarterly recruitment campaigns.
- Post recruitment information on appropriate channels (Facebook, Zalo, Job sites, etc.).
- Screening applications, contacting candidates, organizing interviews and tracking results.
- Manage candidate database, update recruitment reports periodically.
- Coordinate with departments to receive and implement recruitment needs.
- Support onboarding for new employees.
