JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for both human resources and administration, ranging from recruitment, record keeping, and HR policy implementation to asset management, correspondence, and office administration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A. Human Resources
- 1. Recruitment
- Receive and compile recruitment needs from various departments.
- Perform job postings, search for, and screening of candidate resumes.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating interview organization, and evaluating candidates.
- 2. Records management and labor relations
- Manage, update, and maintain personnel records in accordance with regulations.
- Drafting and managing employment contracts, contract addendums, personnel decisions, and related documents.
- 3. Develop and implement human resource policies.
- Participate in developing and updating labor regulations, rules, procedures, and human resource policies.
- Disseminate, guide, and supervise the implementation of company regulations.
- B. Administrative work
- 1. Asset and facility management
- Monitor, manage, and inventory the company's assets, equipment, and tools.
- Implement the allocation, recovery, and transfer of assets in accordance with regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement as needed.
- 2. Document and archive management
- Receiving, classifying, and archiving official documents, files, and records.
- Manage and store administrative documents and records in accordance with company regulations.
- 3. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and administrative materials.
- Carry out administrative procurement activities according to approved needs and budget.
- Monitor administrative costs and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Providing logistical support for internal meetings, events, and activities.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from college/university with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in HR/Administration.
- Understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
