Maintain existing business relationships, obtain orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule for existing or potential business relationships.
Make weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the Sales Team Leader for approval. Implement according to the approved plan.
Understand and know the features, technology, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitors' products.
Understand the customer contact process, complaint handling process, customer information receiving and handling process, fully record according to the forms of these processes.
Search for customer information through various channels to build a system of potential customers.
- Proactively contact potential customers in the self-search list or from the company's data system to introduce products, services, and promotional programs.
- Send service information via email for customers to refer to, answer customer questions when receiving feedback emails from customers.
- Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade customers to use the company's products and services.
- Carry out contract signing procedures with customers who agree to purchase products and services.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding customer orders (production of samples, quotation, design, online sample approval).
Negotiate with customers about prices
Draft the contract after the customer has basically agreed, send it to the Sales Team Leader for comments on the contract terms. Prepare the contract signing procedure, keep a copy of the contract, send the original to the Team Leader, and keep one original for the accounting department.
Check and supervise the contract implementation process to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, and transfer information to that customer service staff.
