Job Description

1. Planning (Weekly and Monthly - % weight: 5%)
● Monthly sales Plan - Weekly Plan


2. Lead generation (Daily - % weight: 35%)
● Due to Telesales
● Support sales activation event
● Build good relationship with all accounts to increase loyalty and get referrals


3. Consultation (Daily - % weight: 35%)
● Pre-consultation and make appointment
● Consult to course to the parents
● Drive sales to achieve target


4. Handle customer payment for new customers (Daily - % weight: 20%)
● Handle payments on system
● Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO


5. Management (Weekly - % weight: 5%)
● Manage leads and take action on time
● Prepare weekly and monthly leads and sales report to sales manager


6. KPIs
● Monthly Lead Target
● Monthly sales target
● Closing rate target


JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
College/University graduating is an advantage


2. Experience
● Sales experience, including in counseling, advising and customer service
● Good product knowledge
● Sales orientation
● Technical skills
● Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
● Familiar with MS Office
3. Soft Skills
● Good communication and persuasion skills
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
● Strong sales and customer service focus
