Job Description:
- Assist the Sous Chef/Head Chef in receiving and checking incoming goods to ensure both quality and quantity.
- Regularly check and order necessary raw materials for the assigned area, and submit them to the Head Chef for approval.
- Assign and direct staff in the department to clean the kitchen area at the beginning of each shift.
- Directly train and guide new subordinate staff in kitchen operations.
- Inspect and supervise the work process of employees, ensuring that procedures and regulations are followed correctly according to kitchen standards.
- Regularly evaluate and rank the performance of the assigned team members - recommend rewards or promotions for outstanding employees.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
2. Job Requirements:
-Gender: Male.
- Experienced in cooking Asian cuisine (at least 1 year of experience in a similar position).
-Understand food safety and hygiene, food preservation, preparation, and processing.
- Diligent, highly cooperative, and tidy.
3. Benefits:

4. Working hours:
- Rotate morning/afternoon shifts according to the restaurant's schedule.
