- Job details:

Identify, reach, and develop potential customers through online and offline channels.
We advise and recommend training programs and courses that suit our clients' needs.
Providing customer service, answering questions, and maintaining relationships with students throughout their use of the service (no extensive phone consultations required).
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers is crucial for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Monitor and update market information, customer needs, and competitor activities to support the development of suitable business and marketing ideas.
Assist in preparing work reports, compiling data, and analyzing business results according to guidelines.
Participate in the company's marketing, communication, and practical projects.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

- Job requirements:

Final-year students, either having completed their studies or awaiting their degree.
Passionate about Business, Marketing, or Education.
They are responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
I have a personal laptop.
Preference will be given to candidates who can work full-time.
