We are looking for a qualified business development team member to extend our nation-wide reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and manage your own B2B sales process that helps make everyday recruitment activities easier for individual HRs or businesses. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision and goals.


What are you going to be responsible for

- Being in the core team from the beginning to create the strategies based on InTalents's visions and missions
- Taking part in a full business development cycle from pre-sales, deal closing to post-sales
- Identifying new sales lead and pitching services
- Converting Marketing leads to successful active users
- Supporting clients to have good experience with our services, maintaining active users
- Identifying trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
- Reporting directly to COO

How to fit-in this position
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in sales/ BD, B2B would be a big bonus. Or if you don’t have experience, our training can help!
- Keenness to work in a startup environment, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
- Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales strategies.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency or near-fluency in English (It is a chance for you to take care foreign clients)
