The Quest
As a Game Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating captivating and innovative mobile gaming experiences. You will lead the design of new game features, crafting compelling user experiences through stunning visuals and intuitive interfaces. Your expertise in design software and a deep passion for gaming will be essential in bringing your creative vision to life.
Your Mission
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance.
- Developing the storyline, character back-stories, and dialogue, through scripts and storyboards, including any relevant research.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay.
- Work closely with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designers to optimize the player interface.
- Building levels and environments.
Your Armor
- Minimum 3 years of Game Design experience with a strong passion for games design, including knowledge of market trends and retro gaming.
- Proven track record as a Game Designer with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects, ideally including games for young children or educational games.
- Solid knowledge of Game Design, including mechanics, level design, UI/UX, and game reward systems.
- Familiarity with mobile devices hardware, platforms, software technologies, and techniques.
- Proficient in game design tools like Cocos Creator, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
- Flexible, self-disciplined, highly motivated, and committed to achieving the final game result and company goals.
- Fluent in Vietnamese. English fluency is a plus.
- Work Location - as we are hiring for Thailand team, It would be Bangkok.
