CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Vị trí này yêu cầu phân tích, quản lý sản xuất và giám sát nhân viên, chịu trách nhiệm về kỹ thuật sản xuất của dây chuyền và giám sát để đạt được năng suất hàng ngày. Dựa trên công nghệ sản xuất, xem xét cải tiến dây chuyền, đánh giá hiệu quả của dây chuyền sản xuất động cơ, xác nhận kết quả cải tiến và hỗ trợ Quản lý Nhà máy người Nhật.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Analysis, Analyis manufaturing,management and supervise of employees.
- Responsible for the manufacturing technique of the line and supervise to achieve daily productivity.
- Based on manufaturing technology, consider to improve production line.
- Evaluate the efficiency of Motor production line.
- Confirm the results of the production line improvement.
- Asistant for Japansese Factory Manager.
YÊU CẦU:
- Education: Not required.
- Major: Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics.
- Language: Japanese (N3~).
- Gender & Age: Male 35~50.
- Experiences: 5 years in Electronic field.
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency.
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Analysis.
- Characteristics : Leadership, Communication,Management,Observation.
- Others: Must have experience about manufacturing technology and Manage production labor costs.
- Để thành công trong vai trò này, các kỹ năng cần thiết bao gồm: có kinh nghiệm với Kỹ Năng Quản Lý, Tiếng Nhật, am hiểu N3.
- Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về: Cơ Khí, nắm vững Cơ Điện, kinh nghiệm làm việc với Vận Hành Sản Xuất.
QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG:
- Salary in NET/gross: Negotiation.
- Working time: Thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (từ 7:20~16h55), Nghỉ giải lao: 09:30 – 09:40 và 14:30 – 14:40, Giờ nghỉ trưa: 11:40 – 12:15.
- Probation time: 85% salary.
- Insurance by law, trade unions.
- Having bus to comeback hometown (Tet holiday).
- Allowance for breakfast, diligence. Lunch at the company.
- Review Salary 1 times in January.
