Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

– Translate the specifications, work discussions via chat channels, proposals, etc. from the IT development division (Japanese ⇔ English/Vietnamese)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpret at the project team meetings and in-house/external meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
Have the opportunity to join the Agile model development team as a Production Owner role of Scrum (Training on job)
(Understand the requirements from customers, grasp/analysis the business logic of systems, convey the contents correctly to development team, Q&A between the customer with development team, manage the development progress, testing, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years experienced as IT Communicator (with JLPT N2 or higher)
Good teamwork and willing to handle non-project tasks
Control the expected value from stakeholders- In charge as Facilitator’ role of the meeting (Training on job)
Good at problem analysis, have a continuous improvement mindset
In terms of skills, candidates should have: able to use Tiếng Nhật, experienced with Phân Tích, knowledge of N1, knowledge of Làm Việc Nhóm, experienced with Giải Quyết Vấn Đề.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: knowledge related to Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối, understanding of Biên Phiên Dịch, strong grasp of CNTT khác, understanding of Software, knowledge related to Phiên Dịch.
