Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training junior staff
Requirements
Must have good English communication skills
Must have very strong knowledge of software, hardware, and computer networks
Must be able to work independently as well as work in a team
Exceptional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 operating system or higher (Domain Environment) and Linux
Honest, attentive to detail, patient, critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills
