JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for test planning/strategy, test progress monitoring and control.
- Identify risks within a project and product, and determine an adequate test strategy and test plan based
on these risks, outline test activites to mitigate risks
- Definition, tracking, reporting of metrics that related to product risks, defects, tests, test coverage.
- Weekly progress report to PMO
- Recruiting and training new members
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have:
- English: Verbal fluency
- Working experience as test lead/test manager for a project with 20+ testers.
Nice to have:
- Agile 2 and above Advanced Lead experience 5 and above Advanced
- Experience in bank testing
- Agile experience is required with JIRA tool expertise
- Manual/Automation Testing 5 and above Advanced
- Deep practical knowledge of all testing fundamentals and approaches
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar required.
