JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves sales accounting work, supporting general product delivery operations, customer support, team collaboration, general affairs work, human resources support, and public relations activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales accounting work
- Join a team with one accounting manager of the corporation and be mainly responsible for sales accounting work.
- Short-term: In the process of transferring sales accounting work from other companies, take the initiative in taking over work from other company staff.
- Short- to medium-term: Handle all accounting work arising from contracts with customers.
- Drafting contracts with Egift's business partners, payment operations, sales management, accounts receivable management, etc.
- Invoice issuance operations.
- Unpaid management, income and expenditure management.
- Collaboration of data output from the internal system, report creation.
2. Support for general product delivery operations
- Supply chain management.
- Support for purchasing and inventory management.
3. Customer support
- Support for customer inquiries.
4. Collaboration with the team
- Communication and coordination with members and engineers involved in delivery.
5. General affairs work
- Support for Japanese people.
- Planning and managing internal events, equipment management, ordering.
- Settlement of internal expenses.
6. Human resources
- Support for the Admin manager in the recruitment process.
7. Public relations
- Public relations activities through the web and SNS.
REQUIREMENTS:
Attitude
- Strong awareness of schedules and deadlines.
- Interest in the business side of the company's operations.
- Requirement.
- Female, Under 29 years old.
- Japanese language proficiency test N2 or above, experience using Japanese OR GOOD ENGLISH.
- Over 1 year of practical experience in basic accounting.
- Experience in legal, human resources, and general affairs work other than accounting.
- Nice to have.
- Work experience at a system development company.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Báo Cáo Tài Chính, experienced with Phân tích Dữ liệu, am hiểu Quản Lý Thời Gian và N2.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Kế Toán Tổng Hợp, Kế Toán Chi Phí, Công Nợ và Kế Toán.
