JOB SUMMARY:
The role involves providing enterprise project progress support under Japanese and Vietnamese account managers, managing project progress, supporting quotations, overseeing delivery and work, preparing minutes, process plans, and work applications. You will also coordinate and manage technical teams, assist with contract preparation, and support negotiations with partner companies and telecommunication company account managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide enterprise project progress support under Japanese and Vietnamese account managers, project progress management, quotation support, delivery and work management, preparation of minutes, process plans and work applications.
- Coordination and progress management of technical teams, contract preparation, negotiation support with partner companies (telecom construction, interior decoration companies, construction companies, domestic telecom companies in Vietnam, and equipment manufacturers) telecommunication construction, interior decoration, construction companies, domestic telecommunication companies, equipment manufacturers), and negotiation with telecommunication company account managers.
- Support in approaching telecom companies and Vietnamese government related projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender: Any.
- Age: Any.
- Education: University degree.
- Language: Business level English and Japanese N2.
- Customer service oriented.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in construction, large scale project support and understanding of workflow preferred.
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Japanese, knowledge of English, experience with N2, understanding of N1, and project management skills.
