JOB SUMMARY:

This role provides enterprise project progress support under Japanese and Vietnamese account managers, managing project progress, supporting quotations, and coordinating technical teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide enterprise project progress support under Japanese and Vietnamese account managers, project progress management, quotation support, delivery and work management, preparation of minutes, process plans and work applications, coordination and progress management of technical teams, contract preparation, negotiation support with partner companies (telecom construction, interior decoration companies, construction companies, domestic telecom companies in Vietnam, and equipment manufacturers) telecommunication construction, interior decoration, construction companies, domestic telecommunication companies, equipment manufacturers), and negotiation with telecommunication company account managers.
Support in approaching telecom companies and Vietnamese government related projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native Vietnamese.
Gender：Any.
Age:Under 30.
Uni Grads.
Business level of English.
Business level Japanese (JPLT N2 or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Customer service oriented.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in construction, large scale project support and understanding of workflow preferred.
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficient in Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, knowledge of Quản Lý Dự Án, experienced with N1, along with N2 and Tiếng Anh.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh, Sales, along with Cơ Khí.
