Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales.
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination.
- Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)
- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
YÊU CẦU:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field ( already have degree)
- Have communication skills, including English skills
- English speaking Skills(the same as TOEIC 700)
- OPEN FRESHER
- Preferable skill: Japanese Language
- Study abroad experience in Japan or Work experience at a Japanese company is better.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Team player and able to engage with store employees
- Work location may change when the next store opens.
- Candidate possess 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail field is better
